How can you get your organisation moving? How can changes take place? De Vuijst Consult views an organisation as the people who work there. We therefore focus on those people and their behaviour. Our consultancy activities rarely concern the writing of a report or a set of recommendations. We always enter into a dialogue with teams and individuals that takes into account the setup of the organisation and how people will collaborate. That could mean that we work with a defined group, for example with a supervisory board or board of directors. Sometimes it is wiser to combine groups, for example clients, contractors and managers. Every combination is conceivable. Ultimately it is all about enabling you as an organisation to take the next step.
